WHAT IS TRX?
TRX Suspension Training essentially involves utilizing bodyweight from a vector angle. The natural weight of an individuals body provides an established resistance platform, while adjusting the vector angle of the movements by moving the bands and straps addresses different muscle groups and alters intensity.
TRX workouts are dynamic and essentially limitless due to the range of motions and angles that can be implemented into a workout. Intensity and muscle group can be varied by simply taking one step closer or one step farther away from the set point of the resistance bands, allowing limitless combinations of workouts and resistances.
