We begin our boxing services by meeting with a client to offer a full assessment of their history with boxing, physical standing, goals, and stance preferences. From there, we work to match the client with the best trainer for them.

After completing an initial assessment of the new client, and establishing a structure for their growth, we get to work with one-on-one training.
We offer a range of boxing services, for a range of purposes. Whether it be kickboxing for a great workout, traditional boxing for self-defense, or refining boxing skills to evolve the game of an established boxer, we’re here.
