Jack Kinniry

Jack Kinniry is a NASM certified personal trainer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University. He believes that regular physical activity is key for both a healthy mind and body. He also believes that exercising can be fun, and encourages people to “find their playground,” a quote taken from one of his favorite professors at Penn State. While in State College he worked at both the Moshannon Valley and State College Area YMCA’s as a personal trainer and also coached grade school football and basketball.

Jack has been passionate about sports and other physical activity his entire life and played both football and basketball at Jenkintown High School, where he rushed for over 1,000 yards and scored over 1,000 points in each sport, respectively. Jack is still very active today and enjoys weight training, basketball, racquetball and many outdoor activities such as biking, hiking and rock climbing. In June 2017 he accomplished one of his biggest goals when he summited Tanzania’s Mt. Kilimanjaro. It was a highly challenging but highly rewarding experience.

In addition to personal training, Jack also works as an Aide at Elkins Park Physical Therapy, and is also the assistant coach and JV coach of the State Champion Jenkintown High School girls’ basketball team.
