About Jenny Bleeker

Health and fitness is a passion and a way of life for Jenny. Her goal is to make it that way for others as well. And as cliche as it reads, she has always been an active person. Her youth was filled with one activity after another; gymnastics, soccer, baseball, field hockey, hiking, and watching her father lift weights in their basement home gym. It wasn’t until she started Martial Arts, that ignited the fire and passion she has towards Health and Fitness. Earning Shodan (Black Belt) in Okinawa-Shoin-Ryu and Vee-Arnis-Jitsu, her career turned and catapulted.

As an avid CrossFitter, Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor, and of course Obstacle Course Race addict, she has a decade of experience in the fitness industry. Jenny takes great care to invest in herself. With that investment she has a Bachelor Of Science Degree in Health & Wellness/Sport Management from California University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as World Instructor Training Schools (WITS). She also, has her Crossfit L1 and has been training and leading group fitness classes such as Les Mills BodyPump, GRIT, CXworx and BodyAttack. Other certifications include Fitour Cycling, TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebell Concepts, NASE Speed Performance Enhancement, Pop Pilates, YogaFit Yoga and Body Barre. At this point in her career she is working on her Master’s Degree at California University of Pennsylvania in Sports Performance Enhancement and Rehabilitation.

She sees her investment as more than investing in herself, rather, an investment in the future of the community. She wants to pass on the torch of health and wellness as well as what it is to have passion, willpower, dedication, courage, sacrifice, weakness, and failure. It takes hard work, sweat, and dedication to achieve goals and dreams. And she is ready to achieve this in hopes to inspire, educate, master, and further invest in the community.
